About Club Cover, built and supported in Melbourne
Club Cover is software for running a rideshare or taxi club. It is built and supported by a software team in Melbourne. Clubs use it today to run their members, covers, payments, claims and website from one login.
Where Club Cover came from
We started by working with small rideshare and taxi clubs. Most of them ran the club on paper forms, spreadsheets and old custom software that nobody could change any more.
A driver rang after an accident and someone started a paper form. Payments sat in one place, covers in another, claims in a third. Renewals were found by scrolling a spreadsheet. The club’s website was a separate job again.
So we built one system for the whole club. Members, covers, direct debit, claims, renewals, the member portal and the club website all share the same records. When a driver joins on the website, the details land in the admin. When a claim is lodged, the member gets an SMS update.
Already running real clubs
Club Cover is not a plan or a prototype. It is live, and real clubs run their day to day work on it right now. New features come from what those clubs ask for.
Every club runs under its own brand. Members see the club’s logo and colours, never ours. The club website and member portal sit on the club’s own domain.

We create your club, add your logo and colours, and move your club across. If you already use Pay Advantage, your members and their covers can be imported.
We connect your domain
Your website and member portal run on your own domain, with a free https certificate. Emails go out from your club’s own address.
We support you
When you need help, we can open your club’s dashboard to see what you see. Every action we take while viewing your club is logged, so you can see who changed what.
