This policy explains how Web Development Experts Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”) handles personal details collected through this website, clubcover.com.au. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
This policy covers this website only. Clubs that use Club Cover run their own websites and member portals, and each club has its own privacy policy for its members.
What we collect
When you book a demo or contact us, we collect what you type into the form:
- your name
- your club’s name
- your phone number and email address
- roughly how many active covers your club has
- how you run your club now
- anything you write in the message box
Our website may also record simple technical details, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
Why we collect it
We use your details to contact you about a demo, answer your questions and talk about Club Cover for your club. We do not sell your details. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Who sees it
Only our team sees your form details. Our website and email are hosted by service providers who store the data for us. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We only share your details with others if the law requires it.
How we keep it safe
We keep your details on secure systems with limited access. We delete or de-identify details we no longer need.
Seeing or changing your details
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email support@clubcover.com.au.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handled your details, email us first and we will reply within 30 days. If you are still not happy, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
